Dear Employees
Please be informed that the Government has declared Monday, 28 November 2022 as a public
holiday for the successful completion of the General Election.

Employees not scheduled to work shall observe the public holiday on 28 November 0222. The
below shall apply to employees scheduled to work on the date mentioned above.

Employees outside the scope of the EA 1955


Employees who are required to work shall be granted one (1) day of replacement leave for each
day worked.

Employees under the scope of the EA 1955

If the public holiday falls on a workday/off day If the public holiday falls on a rest day

As such, the company shall operate as usual on the date mentioned above. Employees under
the scope of the Employment Act 1955 shall be paid normal rates on 28 November 2022.
