3. Lysosomes are organelles that are found in many animal cells. Lysosomes are spherical
organelles bounded by a single membrane system. In general, lysosomes are about 1.5
microns in diameter, located adjacent to the Golgi apparatus. Within the cell, lysosomes
are produced by the Golgi bodies which are full of proteins. Lysosomes produce 40
types of acid hydrolytic enzymes such as, phosphatase, proteolytic, and phospholipase
and sulfatase. All of these enzymes can be active at a state of pH5. Food that enters the
cell by phagocytosis will be digested by this type of hydrolytic enzyme. In cells that
function in secretion, such as pancreas, leukocytes, liver cells, and kidney cells, the
number of lysosomes is relatively more. Many lysosomes are also found in white blood
cells, this is related to their function in producing immune substances. In addition,
Lysosomes are aufagi, autolyse and destroy food by exocytosis. What do you think is

berbentuk bulat yang dibatasi oleh sistem membran tunggal. Pada umumnya, lisosom berdiameter
sekitar 1,5 mikron, terletak berdekatan dengan badan Golgi. Dalam sel, lisosom diproduksi oleh badan
Golgi yang penuh dengan protein. Lisosom menghasilkan 40 jenis enzim hidrolitik asam seperti,
fosfatase, proteolitik, dan fosfolipase dan sulfatase. Semua enzim tersebut dapat aktif pada keadaan
pH5. Makanan yang masuk secara fagositosis ke dalam sel akan dicerna oleh jenis enzim hidrolitik ini.
Pada sel yang berfungsi dalam sekresi, seperti pankreas, leukosit, sel hati, dan sel ginjal, jumlah lisosom
relatif lebih banyak. Lisosom banyak juga ditemukan pada sel darah putih, hal ini terkait dengan
fungsinya dalam menghasilkan zat kekebalan tubuh. Di samping itu, Lisosom bersifat aufagi, autolisis
