Reflection on Team Learning

 In choosing a member, what characteristics are you looking for?

As a leader of a certain group, I choose a member who is responsible in every tasks, willing to
sacrifice the time in order to finish everything within the group, creative, hardworking, and passionate
enough to accomplish the project or plan successfully. With these attributes, I am sure that each one of us
wants this kind of members so that our tasks are able to accomplish it earlier than the target date.

 If you are a part of a team, do you see yourself as a good leader or a good follower? Why?
In my observation, I see myself as a good leader because of my groupmates and also I am doing
my best to lead the group especially in allocating the tasks that each member should do. Also, I am also a
good follower when someone leads the group that I’ve been designated into. As a member, I fulfilled my
duties in the group in order for our group to be successful.

 When a team is already formed, what will be your primary goal? Why?
I first formulate the objective or the purpose of creating a team in order for us to have a good
relationship with my group. Now, after I create a good relationship with them, we will now move on to the
part of creating a successful strategy in terms of the objective that was needed by the team.

 When conflict arises, how do you address it?

In terms of conflict, as a leader, I tend to address it by means of reminding them to submit all the
required tasks within the day in order to avoid cramming or to avoid conflict in terms of deadline.
Cramming is one of the enemy that a certain team is facing if one member feels lazy to do it and it
shouldn’t be tolerated.

 How will you instill to your members the values of TEAM and of learning?
I will let my members give importance to this TEAM because if each of one of us collaborate, the
project will be successful because of the collaboration that happened within the team. If everyone of the
team inhibits collaboration, everything will go smoothly.
