RE: PERMISSION TO BLOCK ROADS AT ALEXANDRA STREET AND

CORNER OF OXFORD AND ABERCROMBY STREETS, PORT OF SPAIN.

Dear Ms. Hodge,

We, the Glass and Cladding Expert Limited, is seeking permission from the Trinidad and Tobago
Police Service (T.T.P.S.) to have Two (2) roads in the Port Of Spain area to be Blocked Off to civilian
automobile and pedestrian traffic, namely Alexandra Street (at One Alexandra Building) and Oxford Street,
(Precisely Corner of Oxford and Abercromby Streets), for the purpose of executing minor glass works on
two buildings respectively, to facilitate our client Mr. and Mrs. Al Rawi.

We would like to commence works at the two (2) venues on Saturday 6 May 2017, from 9.00am.

At Alexandra Street, the duration is for three (3) hours and at the corner of Oxford Street and Abercromby
Street, the duration is for two (2) hours.
The glass works are to be executed by means of a Lift.
