1. Can you describe a complex engineering project you have worked on in the past?
What were the challenges you faced, and how did you overcome them?

2. Communication and collaboration play a significant role in engineering projects,

where you have to work closely with cross-functional teams or clients to achieve the
project’s goals. In what ways can you ensure effective communication and
collaboration?

3. Civil engineering designs need to adhere to safety regulations and codes. For
example, consider this project somewhere in Buhangin, one of the densely populated
urban areas in Davao City. Wherein it involves a construction of a high-rise building.
So to adhere to the to safety regulations and codes, what are your precautions and
the ethical measures to ensure the safety of the people?

4. Quality assurance is essential in engineering projects. Can you share an

experience where you implemented quality control measures to ensure the durability
and safety of a structure? How did you verify that the project met the necessary
quality standards?

5. Civil engineering projects often require multitasking and balancing multiple

priorities. How did you prioritize and organize your work to meet deadlines and
project goals?
