● Project background:
○ Blocklens triggers has deployed beta version for 1 month
Introduction ○ The average number of new user registered per day have ran
down 20% comparing to the first week
○ The product is just having the minimum features and these
features haven’t based on user experience research
○ So, we need to conduct a UX research to start the first
improvement for Blocklens trigger, make it properly by relying on
user feedback

● Research goals: Answer bellowing questions:

○ What are the problems that make the average number of new user
fall down?
○ How can we solve that problem and accelerate average number of
new user to grow by 10% per week?

● Do blocklens trigger fulfill/support user in working on blockchain?

● How new user approach Blocklens trigger?
● How do user feel when using Blocklens trigger? Do they get any troubles
while using it?
Research
● How likely to a user to recommend blocklens trigger to other person?
