We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to support and maintain SyncUP services 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM Pacific Time,
and flexible to work in other shifts if needed.

Responsibilities:

 Install Monitoring tools, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in production environments.

 Focus on reliability, performance, and system availability.
 Help teams achieve the appropriate (SLA) level of reliability in resources, services, and products.

Required Skills:

Must have 10 years of experience which includes:

 .NET development (2+ Years)

 Azure development
 Web development

OR

Must have 5+ years of Azure DevOps experience which includes:

 Experience with provisioning tools such as Terraform, Biceps, or ARM,

 Containerization tools such as Kubernetes, Docker
 Installation of tools like ELK in Kubernetes
 Experience in Logging & Monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana, Prometheus,
Open Search, Open Telemetry or ELK
 Source Control tools such as GIT, Azure Repos

Desired Skills:

 Experience developing Virtualization Dashboards in Azure Monitor, Grafana, ELK/Kibana

 Experience with Application Performance Management (APM)
 Able to work with multiple development teams to improve performance bottlenecks.
 Experience with cyber security tools and concepts
 Capacity planning
 Available for 24/7 On-Call support
