How It Works?
Offline Message Composition: Users can compose and send messages as usual like when they
1 have an active internet connection. These messages are stored locally on the device until they
are successfully delivered.
Unique Queueing and Storage: When a user sends a message while offline, the app stores the message

2 in a queue. This queue is managed locally on the device and is designed to preserve message
integrity.
Reestablishing Connectivity: When the app detects that an internet connection is available
3 (e.g., when the device connects to Wi-Fi or cellular data), it begins the process of sending
queued messages to the server.
Offline mode Geolocation Updates: Geolocation updates are also queued and sent once connectivity is

restored. This helps in tracking the whereabouts of users or assets during a crisis.
Server Synchronization: The app communicates with the server to send the queued messages.

Once the availability of the network to the users , who ever sent their
current update in offline mode the app automatically send the all stored
information to the server in this case there is chance of server crash
When the heavy disaster occurs there is a chance of loosing the mobile phone
, in this situation this app can’t do anything
Getting all users familiar with the app's features and ensuring that they use it
effectively can be challenging. Providing training and conducting drills is
essential but can be time-consuming.
