Project as IS2. He has not been promoted since 7 Years.
2. Arnab Datta is the only Chinese Language Resource available in our entire Project as well as in ITC
Infotech, Bangalore.
3. Regarding the SLA and Quality Standards, there was no single SLA Breached occurred for Arnab
Datta for past few Years and the Response and Resolution SLA Breach rate is explicitly less than (>
01%).
4. Arnab Datta has always stayed in line with the customer specific processes, as well as ITC specific
processes.
5. Arnab Datta, being a Quality Analyst has been engaged in Ticket Auditing for past few Years and
henceforth nails down the Escalation Rate to the least possible.
6. Arnab Datta has always been appreciated by our Customer/Client on almost every occasion.
7. Arnab Datta has been contracted with multi-tasking, especially preparation of various Reports and
Analysis, which has always been clinched and the entire tasks has been refurbished properly.
8. Arnab Datta has trained many of the new team members regarding the process as well as confirmed
that their working skills met as per the Customers expectation.
9. Arnab Datta has also enthusiastically helped the team members, whenever required, regardless of
fully engrossed in solitary work.
10. Arnab Datta has strictly maintained office decorum and never arbitrates the office rules and
regulations.
11. Arnab Datta has always filled the Timesheets on the scheduled date without any slip till now.
12. Arnab Datta have always plans his leaves before-hand and he has not taken any unscheduled leaves.
