The following updates have been made to software version 7662517-003:

• Series software for models with 105Ah/150Ah battery system

• Adjustment of rule file for parameter setting of built-in charger
Note! Upon the updating of software on trucks with a built-in charger, error code 8:030 can occur. This error
code means that parameter 1101 is not activated. A variant of built-in charger, with a special cable suitable
for certain markets (e.g. the UK) has an extra sensor. On these trucks, the parameter value must be set to 2.
On other variants, the value must be set to 1.

• Truck with built-in charger without special cable (UK): Error code 8:030 disappears after the update to
parameter 1101 = 1 and the truck will charge.
• Truck with built-in charger and special cable (UK): Error code 8:030 disappears after the update to
parameter 1101 = 2 and the truck will charge.
If the plug is not in the parked position, “PLUG” will be shown on the display when the operator issues the
drive or lift command. The truck cannot be used in this position.

Incorrect use of the truck systems and/or the external systems of the truck can affect the safety of the truck
and the environment.

• Make sure that the correct software is downloaded to the truck.

• Use the recommended values when setting parameters.
• Only change one parameter at a time when performing changes to the truck.
• Check the function after performing each change.
