To use these titles, you will need to download and install these free fonts from
Google Fonts first (fonts.google.com):

Montserrat family
Bebas Neue family

Once you have installed the fonts, you will need to restart Resolve.

Where to install the titles (.setting files):

***CHANGE DURATION***

Duration: These titles were created with a default length of 7 seconds at 30 frames
per second.
When you drag them onto your timeline, Resolve may make your clip length at 10
seconds by default.
If that looks good, you can leave it at that. But if you want to shorten the
length, try 7 seconds - thats how I intended the animation to look just right.

Clip length longer than 7 seconds will just stretch the middle part of the
animation.
Clip length shorter than 7 seconds will not play the complete animation - so dont
do that!

***CHANGE FRAMERATE***

Frame rate variation: What if I am working in a different frame rate for my

project?
No problem. You can change the speed of the clip in Resolve in the Edit page
timeline.
For instance, if your project is 60 frames per second and you drop this title
animation in your timeline, it will play twice as fast as intended.
Simply change the clip speed to play at 50%.

***TROUBLESHOOTING COMMON PROBLEMS***

1. "I installed the fonts and titles correctly but I dont see any text when I play
the animations"
- Try changing the font to something else you have installed on your computer, like
Arial. Then switch the font back to the one I used. Sometimes Resolve needs a
little change up to correctly displayed new fonts.

2. "I am seeing a black screen after a few seconds of playing the title animations"
- A black screen means the animation ran out before the clip was done playing.
These titles were made at 30 frames per second at 7 second length. Adjusting the
clip length should fix the issue.

How do I look under the hood and tweak the titles?

Aha, a Fusionista at heart. Perfect!
All lower thirds titles come with Fusion comp files. Open the comp in Fusion and
you will have full access to the project with all the nodes. Here you can change
colors, masks, animation curves - anything and everything.
