Future continuous | Meaning and use

We use the future continuous tense to talk about actions that will be in progress at (or
around) a certain time in the future. For example:

 Frank will start to sleep before 4.00 next
Saturday morning.
He (Frank) will be sleeping then (at

We can also use the future continuous to talk about things we think are happening now
(current predictions). For example:
