    I am a teacher at Bogunayili R/C Junior High School who has been in the District since my
    first appointment and would like to apply for a release transfer from your district to Zieng JHS
    in the Nonton District.
    This has become necessary due to my chronic ulcer illness which severely impacts my ability to
    perform effectively, regrettably, my condition has recently worsened and begun to significantly
    affect my daily life and job responsibilities. According to my healthcare provider, managing this
    condition requires immediate attention and a less demanding environment.
    I would therefore be more productive and effective teacher if my station is near to my family,
    especially my healthcare provider.
    I have attached copies of my assurance letter and other vital documents for your perusal.
