    their support. I, Rodny Sidar Pérez Valdez with C.I. 6771312 La Paz, declare that the athlete
    Guisela Dunia Rafael Caro with C.I. 5933420 Cbba, is training and competing in the goal ball
    discipline for people with visual disabilities.

    During the time that I have known the aforementioned athlete, I can express her interest and a
    lot of performance, in achieving a high sports competitiveness, in different local and national
    tournaments, and a future compete in international tournaments representing her country
    thanks to this sports scholarship, which helps to encourage the athlete in her sports
    performance.
