Based on your grade entitlement and as per the prevalent policies determined by the
company from time to time, you will participate in Group Medical Insurance Policy. As
per your schedule of benefits, the Bank covers you, your spouse, dependent children
(maximum 2) till the age of twenty-five and dependent parents (parents/parents-in-
law). The coverage limit under the existing policy applicable to your grade is detailed in
the CTC Annexure. The Bank reserves the right to change the Medical Insurance Policies
at its discretion.

Under the Employee Compensation Act: You will be eligible for Accident Benefit as per
the Employee Compensation Act (Amendment Act of 2017) which may be paid out of
the reserves of the Company's Group Insurance Policy.

Job Description
Job : Title Technology Trainee
Department : Client Insight
Location : Pune
The incumbent will get an opportunity to interact with different stakeholders across the
bank as part of the centralized analytics team.
As part of the Client Insights team you will be impacting revenue, creating cost save
opportunities or providing data driven insights to support strategic decisions.
The selected candidate can expect to:
 Work in dynamic and fast paced work environment
 Present data driven insights to senior management and influence strategy
 Work for any department within the bank including the various business and
support functions.
 Run Projects from end to end right from identifying and obtaining data, building
models (business rule/ statistical/ machine learning based), validating models,
presenting to business , pushing for adoption , followed by constant tracking and
tuning.
 Get exposure to Statistical Modelling, Segmentation, Marketing analytics, fraud
analytics, risk analytics.
 S/he will also be involved with implementing the solution including automation of
various models , project managing the integration of analytics outcomes with
various tools used for customer and sales communication.
 Use the following techniques– Regression (Logistic, Quantile, Multi-class), Machine
Learning Algorithms, CHAID, Decision Trees, Time series , NNs ,NLP.
