Dear Jana,
Further to your performance review for the period July 01, 2022 – June 30, 2023, we are pleased to
inform you that your Annual Cost to Company (CTC) has been revised with effect from July 01, 2023.
Heartiest Congratulations!!
Your new annual Cost to Company (CTC) will be Rs. 26,25,000. This consists of Fixed Salary
(Rs.2113939), Performance Based Incentive (Rs.367500) and Statutory Benefits (Rs.143561). The
Performance Based Incentive is only an indicative amount, and the actual payment may differ based
on your performance in the review period. The detailed salary break-up is mentioned in the
Annexure below.
Please note that your CTC is strictly personal and confidential and is not to be shared with others.
The next salary revision will be due in July 2024 basis organizational guidelines.
Your notice period will be 75 Day(s). All other employment terms remain the same.

Important Note: Any tax whatsoever will be deducted as per the Income Tax Act, 1961.

In the event there is any enhancement in the total emoluments to be paid to you on account of
change in any statute or notification, then the said enhanced payment will be adjusted from
the total CTC payable to you as shown hereinabove. In such a case the company will have the
right to restructure your emoluments within the specific CTC.
