FOR NOVEMBER 2023 RELEASE — INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Home for Thanksgiving?

Kids visiting from college? High school crew back together for the week? Looking for fun
ways to spend the week in Indianapolis? The Vogue Theatre in Broad Ripple has got
you covered.

Step back in time to the good ole days at The Vogue’s Thanksgiving week celebrations.
Revel in sweet nostalgia, reliving classic moments at the historic Broad Ripple theatre
surrounded by familiar faces and hometown love. Help us create new stories while also
cherishing the old ones together.

Whether you call it “Drinksgiving,” “Thanksgiving Eve,” or just another day, brace
yourself for a truly incredible evening on Wednesday, Nov. 22 as Forty5 Presents The
Main Squeeze: 6th Annual Squeezegiving. For the past 6 years, The Main Squeeze has
taken the stage at The Vogue on the night before Thanksgiving, giving attendees the
perfect excuse to stay out drinking and dancing … and maybe show up late and in
sunglasses to Thanksgiving celebrations the next day. Getting their start in
Bloomington, IN, the now LA-based funk band The Main Squeeze is a group of 5
musicians with different backgrounds, tastes, religions, and opinions; still, there’s a spirit
shared amongst them when they sit down to play together that the audience can feel.
With support from Rich Ruth, the 6th Annual Squeezegiving is a must-attend event.

Then, on the day after Thanksgiving, join us at The Vogue to start your weekend with
Alex Williams on Friday, Nov. 24. A native of Pendleton, Indiana and a classic country
singer, Alex Williams is a talented, crowd-pleasing musician. Come listen to a local-
turned-national artist that has lived and learned, finding his voice through the words in
his songs. He will be joined by special guests Myron Elkins and Addison Johnson. In
addition, this concert is a WTTS Rock to Feed concert so a portion of proceeds from
each ticket sold will go to Helping Veterans and Families (HVAF) of Indiana, Inc.
There’s truly no better way to celebrate the holiday season than with an Indiana native
on stage and spreading good will to those in our community.

While counting your blessings this month, be sure to also count down the days to these
awesome events at The Vogue. See you soon, Indy!
