An evacuation exercise of migrant citizens from GCC countries.

ITL World was tasked with repatriating & in-patriating fellow resi-
dents to their home destinations and back undertaking all nec-
essary precautions.
We released online registrations to gauge interest from potential

customers and those intending to travel using this platform.
Analyzing the data, we identified the priority destinations. Our
passengers were from corporates to retail walk-in, priority was
given to pregnant women, elderly citizens, students, patients
facing terminal illness and distressed workers.
Our implementation included safe passage, to accommodation

& transportation, to destinations which also required mandatory
institutional quarantine.

Quarantine Facilitation | July 2021’ and on-going
ITL World is entrusted with facilitating quarantine requirements

for Gulf Air who has 5 daily flight operations (at a minimum) into
4 cities in Saudi Arabia.
Our services include end-to-end process from receiving the
query, 24/7 bilingual contact center, handling virtual payments,
arranging accommodation with full board meals, two PCR tests
& transportation in accordance with MOH guidelines. The
responsibility included validating initial customer data using
travel & communication technology platforms, until check out.
ITL World has implemented the project in the shortest notice of
24 hours and deployed its own staff to handle the project includ-
ing but not limited to ground services at the airport. ITL World
is successfully executing this project with over 18,000+ passen-
gers during its first fourteen weeks period, and we are commit-
ted to providing seamless service delivery.
