Draw the ERD based on the following business rules. Your ERD must picture the entities,
attributes (Please create the suitable attributes according to the entity), connectivity, and
cardinality.

a) A salesperson can sell up to 4 cars per month. However, in some condition, the salesperson
is unable to sell any cars. Each car is sold by only one salesperson.

b) Each student only has one academic advisor. The academic advisor must monitor at least
15 students and the maximum quantity is 30 students.

more than 2 registered vehicles. Each vehicle belongs to only one resident.
