On behalf of the Oulgaret Municipal Council Item rate e-tenders are invited
from eligible contractors/Firms who are registered with Public Works Department,
Puducherry/other PWD as class mentioned in the column 7 of the table below. The
enlistment of the contractors should be valid on the last date of opening of tenders.
The contractor who is having valid ikey and Digital signature certificate can only be
able to download the e-tender Notice, Notice Inviting Tender and other related
documents and upload the bid documents in online by verifying the Tender
Reference Number/Tender D assigned for each work from Website

3. The contractor shall upload modified provisions as per enlistment copy for
modified tendering limit and modified conditions as per NIT, otherwise the tender
will be rejected.

4. Submission of EMD and cost of Tender Document:

The cost of tender document is Rs.1,500/- (Rupees one thousand five
hundred only) for above 2.00 crore, Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) for work
costing more than 50 lakhs and Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) for work costing
less than 50 lakhs and Rs.150/- (Rupees one hundred and fifty only) for work costing
less than 1 lakh plus GST @ 5% (Non-Refundable).

The cost of tender document and EMD (as noted in column 6 &5 of the table
above) are to be remitted in online Mode.

5. On the scheduled time and date of opening, the Commissioner, Oulgaret

Municipality authorizes the opening of tender on the notified time. Contractor can
access the particulars, after opening of tender in the website. This Municipality will
not be liable for any delay in submission of tender.

6. A copy of the enlistment of contractor license issued by the competent

authority should also be uploaded in online.
7. The time allowed for carrying out the work as noted in column No.8 of the
table above will be including monsoon period.

8. If the last date of opening day of tenders happen to be public holiday the same
willbe opened on next working day.
9. The Commissioner, Oulgaret Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all
the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
