In performing our assignment, we had to take the help and guideline of some
respected persons, who deserve our greatest gratitude. The completion of this assignment
gives us much Pleasure. We would like to show our gratitude to Madam Hasnida Binti
Abdullah, our lecturer for Fundamentals of Management, from University Technology of
Mara (UiTM), Perak Branch, Kampus Tapah for giving us a good guideline for our

ORGANISING
- Organising is the process to determine what needs to be done, how and who is going to do
it. For our company, we will going to create a group of members and delegate them to do
their own task. We will give them all the information and the flow of the work that is needed
to be done. So it will be easier for them to do the task with a great flow.
LEADING
- Leading can be defined as process to direct the workers, influence the workers motivating
them, and also give them the guidance that they need that is involved in order to do the work.
As for Crystal Darys Fashion, we have a manager that is hired to handle all the overcoming
problems about the worker through what they will get through in order to accomplish the task
that is need to be done. Such as, guidance, supervision, counselling to control the problems.
CONTROLLING
A mission statement describes what the organization needs to do now to achieve the
vision. Our mission is to satisfy customers with high-quality lifestyle needs, providing an
equitable return to stakeholders, and recognizing the team’s effort.
A goal is also a plan. A goal is long-term aims that we want to accomplish and has a
broad primary outcome. Our goal is to gain profitability and building on brand recognition.
Objectives reflect the results the organization wants to achieve when making
decisions. Our company objective is to build 100% sustainability into every product we make
by the end of the year 2023.
This company uses strategic planning. Strategic planning refers to the process of
making plans and decisions that are focused on long-run performance and apply broadly to
the entire organization. The purpose of strategic planning is to move the organization from
where it is to where it wants to be. Our strategic planning is we want to achieve one million
customers within 7 years.
Our company also has its operational plan. Operational planning focuses on
determining the day-to-day activities that are necessary to achieve the long-term goals of the
organization. The operational plan only covers shorter periods of time and must be updated
continuously to meet current challenges. An example of our company operational plan is the
store could team up with civic organizations in the community who have the store's target
market as members. Working collaboratively, they can put together fashion shows and other
special events that incorporate the members of the club, providing publicity for both
organizations.
Some plans that managers develop are ongoing while others are used only once. It can
be categorized as standing plans or single-use plans. Standing plans are an ongoing plan that
guides activities that recur frequently. Standing plans include policies, procedures, and rules.
For example, our company’s standing plans is the no-eating rule in areas of the company
where employees are visible to the public.
While single-use plan is a one-time plan specifically designed to meet the needs of a
unique situation. The most common types of single-use plans are programs, projects, and
budgets. An example of our company single-use plan is an advertising campaign for a new
product launch.
