INTRODUCTION

GTA Trading Company is a private company that was established in 2012 with the aim of making easy
the services of: Supplying, Importations & Exportations, Hotel and shopping mall Investment, Logistics &
Transportation, Hiring Lifts & Construction Machinery, and Represent International Manufacturing
Industries

From 2012, partnerships were formed between GTA Trading Company and International Manufacturing
Industries to make foreign industries’ materials & finished products be available in Africa (Ethiopia)
through our business channels distribution and we deal with the shipping lines including Land Freight
transportation where we have smooth access to Djibouti port.

Our efforts gained momentum through the years as Importation expanded to and from Dubai-UAE,
Ankara-Turkey, Beijing-China, Sydney-Australia, etc. and our expansion brought opportunities to provide
more comprehensive services to satisfy the complex ever increasing needs of our costumers all over the
world.

As Ethiopian’s native leading Trading Organization GTA Trading Company is a sole proprietorship firm
engaged in merchandise trading business including; Imported or locally purchased Steel (reinforcing bar)
and other steel products; Imported SINOTRUK ; Imported Construction Material; Locally purchased
Cement; Imported or locally purchased tyre and more ; Export coffee, oil seeds, sesame seed, Cereals
Soya beans and pulses.

The general objective of the plan is to upgrade the performance of the company in line with the overall
positive achievements of the economy in general and the trading business in particular. We have a very
strong relationship with local and foreign suppliers for being efficient and effective company both in
keeping the market share and dependable source to relay on us. As well as we have many potential
buyers in the local market for the imported items.

GTA Trading Company has diversified, grown and introduced new technologies, innovations and
techniques, but the success over the years also reflects their total commitment to the client. This has
been achieved by a highly trained, dedicated team. The company has employees, all locals. That reflects
our company’s tradition of excellence through training and re-training and for that is the cornerstone of
the business.
