As you know, the school plans to serve fried food to the students twice a week.

Therefore I am sending
you this email to discuss my opinions.

First, this idea benefits the students, and I agree entirely with this idea. This rule can help children
develop healthy eating habits and ensure they have the energy and nutrition they need to get the most
from their whole school day while enjoying tasty food. Limiting the amount of fried food to only twice
per week allows students to understand the importance of a balanced diet and teach children to
monitor their food choices. Also, since they aren’t denied fried food, they wouldn’t have a strong desire
to eat them when they are out of school.

Secondly, Fried food is scrumptious. This encourages students to eat cafeteria food instead of bringing
their own lunch. This way, less food is wasted, which benefits the environment. Also, Children can
perform better in class if they fill their stomach with delicious food.

In conclusion, i agree with the idea of serving fried food twice a week. Since it is only served twice a
week, it will not be unhealthy to the students yet they won't have a strong desire to eat it outside of
school. this plan allows the students to learn how to balance their diet, which is a skill that will last for
their lifetime.
