• The Stage Moms Crew
o At competitions, we are required to have 5 female parents assisting backstage. If we don’t
have 5, we can’t go. These parents are necessary to help students complete their quick
changes, help get the students on the stage, and help get them back to the homeroom, with
their costumes, after the show is over. These parents may also be needed to help assist with
our backdrop/set.
o Doesn’t have to be just “parents”. Can be an aunt, cousin, older sister, grandmother, etc…
o These volunteers do not have to pay to attend the competition, but instead will receive a
volunteer’s wristband.
o Please don’t let it end up being the same parents every time!
o If you end up not being able to fulfill your volunteer obligation, you are responsible for finding
a replacement.
• Jackson Prep Hotel
o We need to get a headcount for the hotel. Please fill out the form using the QR Code at the
end of the agenda.
o We need 1 parent chaperone per room (about 12-14 total) and those parents do not have to
travel on the bus with us. They are welcome to drive. But they must stay in the hotel.
o Chaperones must be 21 years of age or older
o We need 3-4 of those chaperones to be male for the boys’ rooms.
o We will finalize cost once we have a headcount.
• Sound Storm Group and Theme Shirts
o We offer our group shirts to parents/friends/family.
o Sound Storm T-shirts are $10 (2XL and 3XL add $2).
o Themed Group Shirts will be $12. (2XL and 3XL add $2). The design is not finalized but Cook
will send out final design as soon as it’s done.
o QR Code for the order form is located at the end of the agenda. The form will close on
Monday, Nov. 14th. Money is due by Friday, November 18th.
• Compression Shorts
o Boys need to acquire all black compression shorts. It is important that they are all black,
especially the band of the shorts. Small logos on the legs are fine.

know how you will be helping. We will have some other necessary jobs other than
what’s listed such as picking up desserts or necessary items before the event. We will
reach out as those come up. LOOK FOR A REMIND MESSAGE TONIGHT!
