This Contract Rate Agreement (“Agreement”) is made on this day, 26 November 2023 by and between:

BALI SAFARI, with business address at Jl. Profesor Ida Bagus Mantra km 19,8, Gianyar, Bali 80551 represented by Marcel
Driessen as General Manager, to be called as the First Party, and Kaldera Bistro, represented by Mrs. Jero as Owner with
business address at jln camplung tanduk no 8 Bali, phone number: 085737222328 , to be called as Second Party.

NOW THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF the premises and mutual agreement herein, the parties hereby agree to
bind themselves with the terms and condition as follows. The terms of the Agreement shall include the Agreement and any
subsequent amendments and addendum.

Both parties agree with the following articles:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

1.1. All prices are inclusive of all taxes.
1.2. Night Safari Package is subject to availability and would require booking in advance,
1.3. Child rate is only applicable for children between 3 to 12 years old; children under the age of 3 years old are free of
charge.
1.4. Booking code is mandatory prior to arrival at the park.
1.5. All product types, inclusions, facilities, show presentations, and services are subject to availability and changes in
order to maintain an appropriate CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, Environmental Sustainability) protocol.
1.6. Purchase Rp. 1.000.000 per car max 5 persons for additional private hotel transfer.
1.7. Additional Rp. 100.000 per pax for Bali Agung ( Available on Saturday and Sunday).

REMARKS :
*) The net rates are based on the value in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
**) Based on schedule and subject to weather conditions and subject to change.
***) Night Safari open from 6.00 P.M and the last Walking Night Safari at 07.30 P.M

Article 2
ONLINE SELLING RATE

Second Party is allowed to and sell contracted rates online, with strictly displayed only selling rate of from First Party’s
Published Rate. Displaying rate below publish rate must need acknowledgement from First Party by requesting a written
proposal. Failure to do so will incur a reminder issued by First Party, and further suspension of contract rate. Bali Safari reserves
the right to suspend the contract rate.

VALIDITY PERIOD

This contract rate agreement shall become effective upon the date this contract is signed by both parties and will be valid
from 1 April 2023 until 31 March 2024.

Article 4
PAYMENT

4.1. Second Party should settle payment in cash or bank transfer to BALI SAFARI.
4.2. Payment by cash or bank transfer is to be made to:

4.3. Prices above are subject to change at any time without any prior notice.
4.4. Any additional rates will be informed in the future addendum(s).
4.5. Credit agreement is available based upon production, credit references, and management’s approval.

Article 5
RESERVATION

5.1. The Second Party should make a reservation minimum 24 hours before arrival with written confirmation, especially
for package: Rhino, and Night Safari.
5.2. Without any reservation, the Second Party will be charged at published rate and commissions will be paid as per
company policy.
5.3. Group rates may be requested with minimum requirements of 30 person in a group, based upon request and
availability. Supplements may be charged depending on the size of the group. Different cancellation and/or
guarantee terms and conditions will apply for group reservations.
5.4. Any changes must be informed in writing to the First Party immediately or a full published rate will be charged.

CANCELLATION

Reservation that is cancelled less than 1 (one) day prior to arrival will be charged 50% from contract rate, and no-show will be
charged 100% from contract rate.

Article 8
AMENDMENT

In the event of a violation of any of the above Terms & Conditions and articles, Bali Safari reserves the express right to
unilaterally:
7.1. Terminate this Contract without having to serve any written notice or providing a reason.
7.2. Dishonour all existing and future booking(s).
