In case that Se ller fails to deliver the products to Buyer in accordance with this contract,e xcept for forec majeure,the
supplier should contact the buyer at the first time and handle it, the problem should be ne gotiable.
DELIVERY:
Supplier have t o deliver the goods to the customer's designated forwarding Ningbo wareh ouse, bear export declaration
and FOB expe nses
The buyer sho uld booking space and provide freight forwarder contact information in adv ance.
SHIPPING DO C:Supplier should submit all required sets of original documents（i.e. B/L,I NV,PL,etc) within 5 business
days after the balanced payment.
SHIPMENT P ERIOD: Within 32 days after the sample confirmation&deposit.
INSURANCE: To be covered by buyer
VESSEL DAT E:Supplier must obtain vessel confirmation from the freight forwarder 2 we eks prior to ship date
QUALITY/QU ANTITY/WEIGHT DISCREPANCY AND CLAIM
Bulk goods are produced according to the confirmation pre-production sample.
Supplier will be responsible for quality/quantity issues at delivery except force majeure.N ot responsible for damage
during transpor tation.
If any seriouse quality problem, The buyer may lodge claim against the seller supported b y survey report issued by SGS
within 30 days after arrival of the goods at th e port of destination. No claim from the buyer within 30 days after arrival
goods, t he right of claim is given up by the buyer.
