UNDERTAKING ON BEHALF OF SERVICE RECEIVER

do hereby undertake as under:

1. I, the service recipient, acknowledge that I have engaged the services of Egniol Services Private
Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") for the preparation of documents and
providing consultancy under the Start-up India Certificate of Recognition (hereinafter referred to as
the "SERVICE"). I hereby authorize the Service Provider to carry out all necessary actions for the
aforementioned purpose.
2. I understand and acknowledge that the process of application for the service will be subject to
many eventualities including various changes in the criteria as set out by the respective portal and I
have no objection if the Service Provider seeks additional time beyond the advised timeframe.
3. I further understand and acknowledge that I am responsible for providing all necessary documents
as requested by the Service Provider for the completion of the Service. I am aware that the Service
will be subject to various criteria as set out under the respective scheme and I must provide
sufficient documentation to fulfil the process. Upon completion of the document preparation, the
Service Provider will upload all relevant details of my company/firm under the respective Service.
Additionally, I understand that the approval of the application is subject to the discretionary power
of the approving authority.
4. I acknowledge that MUNDA CLOTHING PRIVATE LIMITED has been adhering to the
guidelines of Start-up India Certificate of Recognition.
5. I understand and acknowledge that the aforesaid fees do not include the payment of making an
application for Tax Exemption services and the same will be charged additionally and the outcome
of the said application will be subject to the rules and regulations of the respective service for
which, the service provider will not be responsible and the service receiver will not be eligible for
any kind of refund.
6. I further understand and acknowledge that, the Service Provider will be charging INR 6,000/- +
18% GST as consultancy fees for the said process.
7. I also understand and agree that I will not be eligible to avail any other services until full payment
is made within 3 days after the completion of the aforementioned Service.
8. I understand that any disputes arising from this service will be governed by the Laws of India and
subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

I hereby acknowledge that, I have read, understood and accepted all the terms and conditions
mentioned in the website of M/s. Egniol Services Private Limited available at www.egniol.co.in
