Controller of Examinations

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
1.Card is valid only w hen produced w ith the photo Id Card of the University.
2.Only those candidates w ho are required to w rite the exam ination w ill be allow ed in the room during the exam ination.
3.You cannot enter after 30 m inutes and exit until 90 m inutes of the com m encem ent of the exam ination. If you exit for any reason (even if to
answ er a call of nature) until 90 m inutes of com m encem ent of the exam ination, you are not perm itted to return and continue the exam ination.
4.Mobile phone/ program m able calculator (i.e. having m em ory capacity of m ore than six num bers)/ com m unication devices in the exam ination
hall is strictly prohibited. Exam conducting authority w ill not be responsible for the custody of such articles. You are not allow ed to carry
calculators, statistical table, scientific table, laptop or any gadget that w ould be of unfair assistance.
5.You can bring NON PROGRAMMABLE SCIENTIFIC CALCULATOR only for those papers indicated on the reverse against subject nam e. The
papers for w hich Statistical Tables/ Scientific Tables etc. are allow ed as indicated in the Tim e Table.
6.You w ill be seated strictly as per the seating plan displayed outside exam ination venue.
7.Use only BLUE ball point pen for all entries on the Answ er Sheet.
8.You m ust personally handover the Answ er Sheet to the invigilator after com pletion of exam ination.
9.A candidate m ust not w rite on Question Paper other than his Roll Num ber only.
10.Use of unfair m eans, disobedience of instruction, arguing or threatening the exam ination officials, cheating etc w ill be treated as
m alpractice. Candidates w ho resort to m alpractices of any sort w ill im m ediately be sent out of the exam ination hall and suitable disciplinary
action w ill also be taken against them . The decision of the Exam ination Com m ittee in all such issues shall be final and binding.
