INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS:
1. Students should bring their admit card for appearing in all examinations. Students failing to bring the admit cards shall not be allowed to appear in the examination. 2. Student must carry his/her identity card issued by Sharda University along with the admit card; in case ID card is not available, keep any valid identity document issued by Government authority mentioning student's full name and photograph. 3. Students should be seated as per mentioned seating place in the admit card at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination and display their admit cards on the right-hand side of their desks. 4. Student shall not be allowed into the examination venue 30 minutes after the commencement of the examination. 5. No student shall leave the examination hall during the first 30 minutes after the commencement of the examination in each session. 6. Students should check their desk, chair and immediate surrounding while taking seat in exam hall. Any chit or unfair mean found around the student will be the responsibility of the student only. 7. Student must take permission from invigilator before going for washroom or taking water, no student will be allowed in last 30 minutes to leave examination room for the same. 8. No communication of any kind shall take place between the students during the examinations. The only communication that is permitted is between the students and the invigilators. 9. No programmable calculators, cellular phones, smart watch or any other devices with text display or digital imaging facilities or communication are allowed in the examination venues. No borrowing or lending of examination material (including calculators, pens, pencils, etc.) is permitted during the examinations. Students should not carry any written or typed material other than this admit card. 10. Students will not be allowed to leave the examination hall before the examination ends. 11. At the end of the examination session, students must ensure that they hand over their answer script to the invigilator before they leave their desks. 12. Student should ensure that his/her name or any other identification mark is not put on the answer script except on the designated place on the front page of the answer script. 13. Undamaged answer script should be submitted back to invigilator at the end of the examination. Page(s) should not be detached or tore out of the answer script. 14. Any unfair means will automatically result in ejection or rustication, if found and reported. 15. DEB stands for Debarred due to no fulfillment of attendance criteria. 16. Any mistake on the OMR sheet will be the responsibility of the student only and the result may be withheld if the sheet is not scanned because of the mistake.
