Part I: Declaration by the Student

I, Mr. Darshan Mahajan , the student of RCOEM, studying in Semester _V_ of program B.E._Electronics and
Communication_(E.C.)_ during the year 2023 - 2024, wish to register and complete the MOOC(s) with a desire to consider
it against Open Elective which will be offered to me at RCOEM in Semester-VI during the year 2023-2024.

I certify that, I have read, understood and agree with the

i. Conditions for credit transfer of MOOC against open elective as per modified regulation R41 in UG Ordinance/Regulation
dated 29-06-2020.
ii. Guidelines & Process for Credit Transfer of MOOCs Against Open Elective courses of B.E. Programs
available on college website.

In future, if it is found that, the contents of this MOOCs overlap (more than 20%) with the contents of courses
(core/departmental electives/Honors, Minor, if opted, etc.) which are accessible to me as a part of my UG curriculum of four
years duration at RCOEM OR If I have taken credit transfer/Incentivefor the same MOOCs OR MOOCs having the same
contents earlier, the credit transfer shall be cancelled.
