thank you for your feedback.

this case we happend at unt 2528 CH with other customer.

for this case we have dismantle the turbo for check inner part, at attachment we have attach photos inner part shaft
turbo, turbin turbo and etc. for next, if any case similar we will not dismantle the turbo.

If any similar cases, please don't dismantle it and keep it for failed parts investigation.

engine white smoke

Workshop findings

turbo charger oil leak

Measures performed:

customer complaint :
unit white smoke when inspektion, and then customer parking the unit for mechanic check.

mechanic check :
- mechanic check the white smoke ( see attachment for white smoke video )
- mechanic try to check at hose intercooler ( any founding oil at hose intercooler )
- mechanic try to check around turbo inlet-turbo outlet to intercooler-turbo outlet to mufler ( at all mechanic found any
oil )
- mechanic try to remove turbo for overhoul
- mechanic overhoul the turbo
- mechanic not found any bearing broken or shafr broken ( see attachment )
- mechanic not founnd any bushing broken ( see attachment )
- this case is similar case for unit 2528 CH, any internal oil leak at turbo charge.

complaint about white smoke, cause oil leak from turbo charge enter into combustion chamber and make white smo-
ke, after overhoul turbo we not found any abnormal broken, this case similar with other unit at 2528 CH. please your
advice for this case.
