Depending on the nature of the product, the most appropriate method should be chosen; methods validated against the
specified methods may be chosen.
The agreed microbiological limits are to be adhered to by complying with general quality measures, relevant GMP
regulations, process controls and/or monitoring or routine analyses.
CERTIFICATES OF ANALYSIS
The analyses shall be carried out in accordance with a separate agreement and the corresponding certificates of
analysis shall be provided to UTM.

confirmed in writing by UTM.
The Supplier Code of Practice, agreed separately with the UTM Supplier Management, is binding and must be

Basic requirements
Please provide the following certificates of analyses, based, on the methods defined in the mutual agreed specification:
- for each production site
- for each fruit country of origin
- for each harvest year
- for each contract
The responsible institutes must be accredited for analysis methods in accordance with ISO 17025. Depending on the
nature of the product, the most suitable method should be chosen.
For fruit puree (concentrate), fruit juice (concentrate), fruit cells, dried fruit and grated fruit, SGF membership obviates
the need to provide an analysis certificate for pesticide residues in accordance with Regulation (EC) 396/2005 and its
amending regulations.
For the following countries, only the stated institutes are authorized:

Please send the certificates of analysis always to the following email address
Team_Suppliermanagement@muellergroup.com. Only in the case of analysis « each batch » or « each BBD », you
should send these additionally to the relevant factories (contact date see below).
If the analyses are required by us « each batch » or « each BBD », this applies exclusively for deliveries to locations in
the UK. These must be available to us BEFORE the delivery to our site. For deliveries to other locations, « 1 each year
» applies.
The legal requirements and in addition the limits set in the specification shall apply. These agreements do not replace
the risk assessment and due diligence to be performed by the supplier.
Unless otherwise agreed, please send us the original certificates of analysis from the accredited laboratories at the
frequency and time specified above.
The requirements made above and their implementation are hereby confirmed.
