Simple Report:

Dear Principal,

I am writing this letter to bring to your attention a concern pertaining to the school bathrooms. As a
frequent user of the facilities, I noticed that there are no glasses on the wall in any of the bathrooms in
the premises.

This is a cause of concern for several reasons. Firstly, students and staff members need to have wall
glasses in the bathroom to wash their face, check their appearance, and ensure that their hygiene needs
are met. The absence of these necessary items causes inconvenience to many users of the facility.

In addition, the installation of wall glasses is a simple task that could be accomplished quickly and at
minimal cost. Therefore, I urge you to take this matter into careful consideration and install glasses on
the wall at the earliest in all the school bathrooms. Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look
forward to hearing back from you soon and hope that appropriate action will be taken to ensure the
convenience and hygiene of all the users of the school's bathroom facilities.

Sincerely,
Alex Jones.
