Endorsement Letter on behalf of AIESEC in Pakistan

To all the pertinent authorities, I write this letter on behalf of Tayyab Zahidi, applying for the position
of AIESEC International, I am Abdul Wasay Member Committee President 23.24 AIESEC in
Pakistani.

As the Member Committee Vice President of AIESEC in Pakistan during the term 22.23, Tayyab
Zahid consistently demonstrated to be capable of having a strong organisational understanding, taking
the needed decisions for AIESEC in Pakistan that wouldn't benefit only the current context but the
long-run sustainability of the entity.

Zahidi has many skills that would benefit the next AI team and vision of the global plenary, but what
stands out strongly to us is his professionalism, relationship management, and business-savviness. He
has a unique ability to navigate stakeholder interactions with ease and keep many groups engaged and
clear on all steps of the process.
