session. Our initial one-on-one coaching session occurred just several weeks ago,
where he expressed his eagerness to apply for the LCEB position and look for some
advice regarding the Business Development area.
I am impressed by Fathur's dedication to AIESEC, evident from his time as a
staff member. His enthusiasm to step into an executive position show his commitment
to personal and professional growth. I believe his proactive approach, coupled with his
