INTENTION LETTER

Dear AIESEC in HCME,

My name is Nguyen Han Giang, currently LCVP Talent Management Function of AIESEC in
HCME term 2023-2024. I am writing this letter with the intention of applying for the Local
Committee President of AIESEC in HCME term 2024-2025.

The indicator that drives me to the decision to pursue President Position is my personal value,
the significance. Till now, I still consider AIESEC as the environment for me to position my
identity, and implement my ambition with an impactful position. The original motivation that
pushes me to continue the AIESEC journey is the need to be recognized and achieved.
However, all recognition and achievement are my effort to make an impact and my identity
with personal values. Experiencing President positions would help me to extend my
boundaries in managing the diversity of stakeholders, image, and brand building. This would
push me to open my horizon and realize what I really am. That collects personal values, which
support me to draw direction in my upcoming life, making decisions that follow my own
identity.
The alignment is my biggest concern of mine at present with the fear that my individualism
characteristic will affect P and EB image building. However, making the decision to apply for
President position, in my opinion, will help me learn how to trade off, enjoy every journey
purposefully with every person coming to me, and stay positive in every moment. The
influence of every behavior and action is the best factor to keep me in the commitment to this
journey. President position will leave me room to practice the resilience values to deal with the
most complicated thing in the world - humans; the opportunity to be recognized through
widespread impact in every action, and the achievement to overcome the current detects
mine. More importantly, human dealing is the deservedly JD that AIESEC brings to me,
especially TM Function. Local Chapter in Exchange-reunion period together with risk and
opportunity for AIESEC develop leadership in youth - LC HCME members. This change will give
me the field to make an impact and prove myself through impact generation. Stakeholder
Management is the key inference for President Journey that I need to learn.

Once again, I am Han Giang, currently LCVP Talent Management Function, writing in regard
to formally applying for Local Committee President of AIESEC in HCME for term 2024-2025.
