Statement of purpose

Career vision, mission and objectives:

I am a person of clear goals, constant learning and improving, hardworking, seeking

opportunities studying MBA from reputed university, Tribhuvan University.
Like for every person for me career has always been very important thing in my life as
whatever career path we choose to follow, it will impact our life greatly and helps in addition
to our lifestyle. I had always been fascinated by the idea of creating something new and put
the ideas into business. As I am the risk taker and make the best to achieve the mission I
dreamt of becoming an Entrepreneur.

To be a successful entrepreneur, the vision, passion and feeling is one of the important factors
to help people step on the road to success. We must be able to estimate and understand what
are future needs for the customer, what product or service can be successful and can it exist in
the future market, what are the most important factors that can impact the future. So i want to
immerse myself in this path.

Five year plan:

Within 5 years I want to work on myself. I want to be a better and knowledgeable person
through my education, experiences. I want to work for different companies first to get some
experience and then start my own company. I want to create a place where people working
for me are free to share their vision, ideas and experiences. I want them to enjoy what they
do. I want myself and people working for me to grow both in educational and experience
wise. I want to be capable of making good decisions and pay enough money to staff that they
deserve. I just want to create a good learning environment for all.

As self-confidence is key for a good entrepreneur, I want to work on this matter. I want to
believe in my ideas and keep going to achieve my goal. Since owning my own company is
very competitive, needs lots of planning and managing I aim to work on taking my own
decisions.  Hardworking has always been my plus point so i want to use this in my future
decisions process. As i am confident, hardworking and the man of motivation I aim to create
a better company to work. I also want to devote myself to some social works for the benefits
of society. As five years is not enough to achieve all the life goals but definitely the
awakening path for fulfilling my dreams.

Every person dreamt of something. Likewise I want to become a successful Entrepreneur. In

this competitive world i want to be in competition and become the renowned person of my
country. So to fulfil my long term goal I need to develop interpersonal skills, communication
skill, leadership skill, risk taker skill, problem solver skill, and motivational skills. The
academic knowledge from MBA will help me in developing those skills and help me in
managing my own organization and making better decisions. This will help me to know
people from different sectors and grow my knowledge field. The tasks which are given to us
during our academic sessions like presentations, project works helps me in developing
confidence and knowledge. It helps me to get vast knowledge about the subject matter and
use for my future reference. MBA degree also allows for 3 month internships, which will
help me in knowing the real world of the company better. The problems we face in company,
the decisions they take to solve. The problems and the planning the company does to achieve
their company goals will be well known to us.  So an MBA provides a great opportunity and
a correct path for an Entrepreneur like me.
