    My practical experience in organizations like, Church World Services Pakistan and Afghanistan (SRSP, CWS-P/A,
    CERD, IRC-PRIDE, ) has provided me indebt experience in, Health, FSL, Poverty reduction, sustainable
    development and community mobilization along with international organization policies like USAID, ISO,HAP and
    Donors Like DANIDA, ECHO,DCA, UNOCHA, Act Alliance.

    Due to past Experiences in Project Management, (Implementation to Closing stage) Assessments, surveys, I am
    enough Trained and enriched to effectively interact with various levels of staff, political figures, Government
    Authorities, Religious Group, community members (Beneficiaries) and donors agency

    My degree of Master in Business administration has amply provided me the basic socio-economic condition of
    various segments of the societies which is a pre-requisite for working within the communities.

    Currently I have performing my duties for Mojaz Foundation which is UNHCR and other welfare
    organizations funded Project in Micro Finance- livelihood and other relief project as a HR/Admin
    Manager based at Narowal.

    I believe that my strong educational background and extensive experience in Operations make an
    appropriate candidate for the Opened Vacant position. I strongly believe I can perform well all the
    delegated duties and tasks.

    On the previous posts I have been always receiving excellent feedback from my employers, which
    proves my strong commitment to perform my responsibilities in professional and effective manner.

    I am young and energetic and have the experience to work in a tough and challenging environment.
