Personally I always believe, AIESEC is a leadership organization that offer a gold

When it talked about selfish reason, I believe it always started with a selfish reason and that reason was I would like
develop more in this role, I believe this role will help me to find my future career and at least there will be a lot of
upgrade in my CV.

Along with the time somehow the selfless reason come itself, when I lead my team in Local Project Brand & Marketing, I
feel like I have grown a great kid with some potential that can always be upgrade if he have a perfect mentor, by the way
he is a non AIESECer and I always engage him to be brace do his own sales meeting, and eventually there is a sentences
that come out from his mouth he said “Thankyou tuk!, you’ve already taught me a lot of things, and I think I’m going to
BD department if I elected in AIESEC”. From that sentences I felt like I’ve given him a big impact for his development and
I would like this thing happen again by leading a team as LCEB Supportive Area Business Development.
2. By the end of your term, what legacy would you feel proudest to leave for AIESEC in Unand?

A legacy that I will leave for AIESEC in Unand for sure, first must be the tools. Every BD tools such as Template
how to sales call, the company list for market research, the useful Business Development report, the proposal
template that my succesor could use to engange more partner and upgrade it more than his prede.
But the proudest legacy is must be the people, the people that can work on his own, the people that can have their
own team, the people that can make a decision without any hesitate because if they a member they must be wait
an order from his leader, I think the knowledge, the will that they carried on in themselves is the proudest legacy.
3. How do you define a high performing team? Based on your past experience, describe your unique contribution to a high performing
team. Highlight your role that you play in the team and the achievement or outcome.

In my opinion, if a team have a target and all of the part of a team consist of team leader and team member trying so hard and well planned their target
to achieve their target, by showing their full effort and doesnt show any play around to that target. I think thats how I define a high performing team.

My unique contribution is when I led a team in Local Project as OCVP Brand & Marketing, I worked for AIESEC, but none of my team member is an
AIESECer, how challenging for the first, but slowly I gave him an edu about how to wrote a MoM coaching, fill pdp, and also remind them there is a
terms and condition that they need to fulfill if they make any letter that linked to AIESEC, after the edu done I continue to teach one of my member in
sales because he doesnt have any experience in sales before and apparently sales is not department that he would like to attend, and because this is the
condition that happen, and I also wanted to build a high performing team, the thing that I do is keep his motivation up, give him an edu and eventually
the outcome is more than I expected, after from this experience he brace himself to take another opportunity in sales again. And I believe this is one of
the unique outcome or achievement that I created.
4. What are your biggest personal values and the mindset you value the most? Define 3 strengths and 3 weaknesses based on your
previous experiences then decide how you would capitalize on your strengths and improve your weaknesses.

My personal value is stick to the procudure but improvise when it needs, I think this value is always brought me to a place where I want to headed

5. Present your entire AIESEC journey and define your most significant learning in each experience and how it will contribute to your
LCVP role, team, and growth of the entity.

Every AIESEC journey that I am in, all of them really give a development to myself and they always taught me something. In my first role as a Team
Member of Business Development I got an experience to get edu about how to do a pitching etc from my team leader, and it really took a long time for
me to brace myself to involve in actual Sales Meet, and then after my first sales meet as a staff, I step higher role as Organizing Committee Brand &
Marketing Local Project in this role because i’ve already brought a knowledge from my previous role, in this role I got experience to lead a team and
become a leader from one of the functional, so if in my previous role i’m the one who got an order and execute it together with my TL, but in this role i’m
the one who charges in giving an order and execute it together with my member, and then actually its one of the committee that i’ve already waited so
long which is a national committee experience, I took this opportunity as Conference Committee Program NEC 2024, eventhough the event is cancelled,
but I as a program committee got an experience to design a program, ensure the rundown, ensure the theme and even our planning about all of that
already get approval by MCVP TM AIESEC in Indonesia, but because there was one other thing the event is cancelled, but because this role I learn how
to develop my skill in project management. and also by this experience I believe this leadership experience will enough to contibute to this entity by
leading and take a higher step to lead a team in Business Development. And the contribute that this experience will give to me as a VP is I have already
know how to create the best persona of team, I know how to lead and the most important is I know the flow from BD itself.
6. What kind of person that you can and can’t be working with? How do you see both condition as a place to grow? What is your
expectation for your Team Leader, The Team, and The Entity?

First, type of person that I can working with is a people who always strieve for excellence because its one of the value that I always hold it too, I believe
by holding this value we would not feel demotivation while doing a process, it always make us to do more and more, second, is people who
communicative, because communicative person will always express their thought and I believe if this already happen that our team discussion would be
easy going and there is no holding back planned just because doesnt have a brace to speak up.

And for a type of person that I cant working with, First is an opposite from a one of the type person from above which is non communicative person,
because I would never know what they thought because they never express it, and I believe it will causes a bit challenge to engage them.

Both of that condition for sure have their own way to make people grow, the difference is one of the way would be smooth and the other one would
challenging and in AIESEC we live in challenging environment, so I believe eventhough I got those type of person I could still grow.

And the expectation for a team leader is the one who would not let his member down in the ignorance of knowledge, the one who always responsible
and aware about their JD’s and lastly for sure have a clear vision and could motivate their member either.

1. According to you, what is the meaning of AIESEC in Unand as a leadership development organization? Tell us your way to create
the better environment of AIESEC in Unand to achieving why we are exist.

I personally think AIESEC in Unand as a leadership development organization is one of the prestigious leadership that can compete or even better than
most of leadership organization out there, the product that AIESEC provide for his customer is way interested and cooler in my opinion because AIESEC
itself already in a multiinternational level organization, and for the environment itself AIESEC offer a profesional work as organization, this experience is
valuable to each of his member, and of course to balancing more, AIESEC also provide a family culture that very comfy, and hopefully these kind of thing
will upgrade more and more for the future. And if we keep protect these two thing I believe AIESEC will still be a relevant organization to all generation
and it also will be a reason AIESEC exist either.

How I create a better environment in this entity is by implement every value that exist in AIESEC and make it allign in every jobdesc that I do, so I can
pick the most comfort one to undergo my responsibility and fulfill my strategy for this entity.

3. How do you Implement AIESEC Leadership Development Model that you want to bring to AIESEC in Unand as LCEB?

LDM(Leadership Development Model) The Leadership Development Model is a benchmark or standard used as a benchmark for young people
to develop their own abilities, especially leadership skills.
We Believe Leadership is the fundamental solution and it can be develop in anyone and anywhere : I will implement this LDM firstly to my ownself, if
i’m a LCEB and I dont trust with this LDM, how can I lead my own team, and if i’ve already have this than I can make my member trust either about
this LDM.
We Empower Young People to become value driven leaders who positively impact the world around them : Implementation that I will bring to
AIESEC in Unand is must be try to be active in local or national event, because by this action I believe that slowly the impact that we spread that will
arrive around the world.
We enable young people to develop their leadership through learning and experience in challenging enviroonment : Implementation that I will bring
is to motivate my member to participate in his functional or department by giving his best performances and also to remind my member to not forget
take an opportunity as OC because the challenging enviroment in OC life will be their learning to develop their leadership skill.

And beside from 3 point above as a LCEB I will ensure, do my member already taking a aprticipant in their own Inner & Outer journey and after it

4. Based on the LC’s recovery plan, how can you benchmark what has been planned towards your role as LCEB later on?

My role in this plan for sure to expand the market research AIESEC in Unand itself, do more collaborative event with stakeholder partner and AIESEC
project, supporting and involve more in project partner research.

The uniqueness of AIESEC in Unand is already represent in logo itself, and its already intoruduced since GB got his first LCC. The logo consist of 3 point
which is Courtesy, Integrity and Family.

also remind us as a member that manner have come first before the other.
INTEGRITY : this mean AIESEC in Unand represents an organization with integrity. Integrity shows consistency between word and
beliefs that are reflected in daily actions.
FAMILY : this mean AIESEC is not only a profesional organization only, but it also a family based organization so the member could find a better or
comfortable environment experience while their have thir time in here.

How do I capitalize it by implementing the 3 statements into my journey in AIESEC and engage others to do the same. Courtesy is to treat others politely
and respectfully, integrity by open and honest communication to my team and sincerely do my best to job description, and maintain good relationsships
with stakeholders and for family I will treat all of my member as comfort as I do while we are doing our JD’s.
7. Describe how do you see AIESEC in Unand in 2023.

AIESEC in Unand in 2023 have a lot of development and it proven by AIESEC in Unand slowly started to conduct hybrid event in the beginning of the
year but eventually it the last quarter AIESEC Product started conduct fully offline or physically, I think this is great because our customer will be so
satisfied with this expeience, the second is GV is running back, since it already so long to hold back, AIESEC in Unand can be one of the AIESEC in
Indonesia that gain this opportunity and this is fantastic because it also can contribute more in our revenue gain.
8. What do you know about MX and MX Standards? And how you lead your team in the first quarter based on MX?

MX is a Member Experience that make sure that AIESECer feel enjoy, comfort and worthy by being in AIESEC
and MX Standards is built to facilitate member journey, it set the base/foundation on how the membership will look in MX. It governs how we function,
manage, & retain members as a whole. And the objective from MX Standards is to ensure each member have a satisfied and maximal experience while
they having experience in AIESEC.
How I lead in the first quarter is I have to make sure that each of my member set their own personal goals and after i’ve already make sure it, the second
things that I will do is give him an edu about what I have been planning for this department, an then after I do both of that thing, I will to motivate him
to contribute more in challenging role and envirioment and make sure that I will be there as their support system.

2. What is the role of Business Development department in AIESEC 2025? How can you contribute to the achievement of AIESEC

EMPOWERING YOUTH LEADER : to running all of stuff in AIESEC, this have to be a core, my contributiuon to empowering youth leaders is through
engaging youth to take opportunity via AIESEC program, and Business Development role in here is also promote it to external or stakeholder area so it
will also make AIESEC better as a brand and people will also know AIESEC is stand for youth leeadership organization.

BUILDING LONGLASTING AIESEC : Business Development also played a significant role in here not only as revenue generator but also as media to
promote AIESEC and their program to stakeholder so AIESEC could stand making program not only from AIESEC itself but by collaborating by a
stakeholder.

DEVELOPING A PURPOSEFUL PARTNERSHIP : Building and maintaning a purposeful and good relations with partner is definitely already become
Business Development responsible not just to get a support financially etc but also we could track the satisfaction level from partner so we could know if
this partnership purposeful or not.
3. What are the current trends in the market of stakeholders (especially BD stakeholders) that AIESEC in Unand is normally
interacting with? How can we use them? Please make an analysis of the market including the opportunities and threats and
provide us with strategies on how to maximize our opportunities and minimize potential threats.

The current trends market in AIESEC in Unand is normally interact with a local partner that exist in Padang and also interact frequently with coffeshop
etc, how can we use them is by utilizing bigger company and maximize the potential S&D that AIESEC in Unand have.

OPPORTUNITIES : Collaboration with a partner that have a same vision with AIESEC itself, because I believe in this term we have a gold project that
could help us so much when approaching partner such as iGV, iGV itself already provide and make a cleardefinition of why AIESEC is called as
international organization and we could use it as our main sales point and also it will create wider and better opportunities by maximizing this
opportunies.

opportunities? How to evolving sales strategies to adapt the new changing condition?

Our sales pipeline consist of 3 flow :


First is Pre experience, this is our attraction phase we do a market research, proposal created, do sales call, do sales meeting and then we sign a
contract as a partner
Second is Experience, in this phase we focusing in our S&D fulfillment, doing partner visit, send a newsletter and lastly commit to do collaborative
event if its possible
Third is post experience, in this phase we do a debrief to a partner to give them a credit for become our partner

How to ensuring a healthy mix of short term and long term opportunities is by giving a flexibility in S&D offering, for example when meeting with
partner happen, at the end of meeting we told to them that we open for discussion and the S&D still could be customized, and I believe it really helpful
and giving a good impression toward the partner.

How to evolving sales strategies to adapt the new changing condition is LC need to expand more and give a little attention to expand the market not
only inside padang, but started to notice that we also could raise partner from outside padang.

Based on the past 3 years stakeholder, I can assume that GCP from the stakeholer was every opportunity is not only get for once but majority of partner
is open for another approachment and it is will be very useful for our LC sustainability, and for the BCP is a lot of partner still not awre with our
partnership standard checklist so how to overcome it is with a follow up as long as the capable time.
my strategy and innovation to improve it is with create a good impression for a next apporachment and make a fresh offering in S&D so the partner will
not get bore during the discussion for partner approachment.
And also how I maintain the relations and engagement with each stakeholder is for sure maintain a partner visit and also giving a partner “external
newsletter” so they could know what have been AIESEC doing each month and this is a must because it will grow an awareness and good impression to
partner and also put a tracker partnership flow by ESSM implementation.
6. What are the biggest challenges and opportunities you see in the near future for our business development? How to ensuring
that your strategic reflect to entity growth?

The biggest challenge for Business Development is the market company that avail in Padang is very limited, so it will casue a lot of pressure that
business development can create to make a deal with that limited company.
The biggest opportunity is AIESEC is one of the few international organization that exist in Padang and also have a variative youth program either, so
with only that few market, AIESEC will dominate than their competitor in looking for revenue.

And from my strategic point of view, there are 3 point


1.Building partnership relations between AIESEC in Unand and stakeholder
2. Maintaining partnership relations and focus on the specific, align and purposeful partnership.
3.Optimize and utilize long term selling cycle.

This point actually connected each other, because to make this entity growth the first that we have to make a deal with our partner first and then after
we make sure the first point, it will connected to second point by maintaing the partner and utilize the data that we have make a deal from the
beginning, we will utilize the partnership for long term cycle, for example we have AFL product that conducted not only once in a year, from the very
first meeting happen with the partner, we could make our partner aware, that every partnership in AIESEC happen not only just once, but they also can
contribute continuity as long they have a same vision as AIESEC do.
