Subject- letter of intent Aarzoo singh_MB2022.2_AiN

AIESEC, NOIDA
sir/ madam,
My name is Aarzoo Singh, I am writing this letter with the intent of being selected
for the Managerial Board of 2022. I am currently a GB member in AIESEC in NOIDA. I am a
student at Amity university currently pursuing BSc. (h) in biotechnology. I believe I would be
an ideal fit for this position at the organization.
My experience started when I got selected in the Outgoing Global volunteer
department in AIESEC in NOIDA. As a member, I have learned many skills like time
management, Critical thinking, resourcefulness, and becoming solution-oriented. I was
part of the social-impact project YANA. YANA allowed me to touch a deeper side of our
society and myself. I learned skills such as how to communicate with a client, problem-
solving, empathy, learned to sell myself, and becoming skilled at communicating
effectively with diverse people across various platforms. In my position as an event
management OC member for YANA, I communicated with dozens of people each day on
the phone and in person. I was also able to raise liberal funds via crowdfunding. I learned
how to cope with my own emotions at the end of a difficult day and face challenges head-
on. The pride of being a part of the largest student-run NGO in the world makes every effort
just worth it. With this, I believe I have gained the confidence to act as a manager in NOIDA.
I decided to be part of the managerial board of 2022 because AIESEC has
emphasized my skills training and provided opportunities for me to step out of my comfort
zone, while also providing a haven for me to make mistakes and learn from them. Now with
this position, I want to continue my AIESEC journey. AIESEC will become a fun platform for
me to grow and enhance my leadership skill.
My mental flexibility is one of the characteristics that set me apart from other
candidates. While I am capable of applying logic and reasoning to solve complex
problems, I am also capable of using creative thinking during brainstorming sessions for
innovation. I look forward to speaking with you more about my qualifications. I hope the
combination of my experience, skills, and knowledge can suit your requirements. Here is
my intention sincerely and wholeheartedly. My name is Aarzoo Singh, and this is my call for
the Managerial Board of 2022 of AIESEC in NOIDA.

Regards,
Aarzoo Singh

Who am I?

How do you identify yourself with this year’s theme “BELIEVE"?

I think that there are degrees of belief. I believe in things that no one
alive today has seen. Belief is something that defines me. I believe in
people. I believe in love. I believe in myself. I am who I am because of
all my beliefs. Belief is something that gives me peace of mind, belief
is something that makes my feelings strong enough to not have any
doubt about anything or anyone close to my heart. Belief is
something that makes me not stop my journey and keeps me going
to achieve my dreams or goals. Because of that belief in myself, I
have applied for this position. Another reason why I applied for this
position is that I want to believe in the change I want to see in this
world. I want to believe In the perfect world and that someday we will
achieve the world we all dream of. For that, I have to work towards it.
That platform has provided to me by AIESEC. Through projects like
YANA, I believe the world can be a better place. With this position, I
want to take on more responsibility and make my belief in myself
stronger so that I can be a leader.

What do you feel is one thing that makes you stand out from the
crowd?
My mental flexibility is one of the characteristics that set me apart
from other candidates. While I am capable of applying logic and
reasoning to solve complex problems, I am also capable of using
creative thinking during brainstorming sessions for innovation. I also
have the drive to achieve more than the required goal. I make big
commitments and do everything to fulfill them, for eg, raising funds
for YANA, the target I set for myself was big and I believe I achieved it.
I love taking initiative, be it small tasks such as OGV information
seminar or as big as projects like YANA

What are your expectations from the MB term? How will it help your
personal goals?
I expect to contribute to big projects and become a person whom
people can trust with leading tasks. I want to contribute to making
AIESEC in NOIDA number 1 all over India as the emotional attachment
I have developed for AIESEC is something that will drive me to
achieve this goal. As for personal development, I want to achieve
leadership quality. I don't want to be afraid in speaking up for myself
and be a force that can make changes. I want to find confidence in
myself, I want to believe that I can achieve anything and be the
leader I see myself as.

other people and the world around them. They rarely shy away from an
opportunity to do the right thing, even when doing so is far from easy.

Protagonists are born leaders, which explains why these personalities can
be found among many notable politicians, coaches, and teachers. Their
passion and charisma allow them to inspire others not just in their careers
but in every arena of their lives, including their relationships. Few things
bring Protagonists a deeper sense of joy and fulfillment than guiding friends
and loved ones to grow into their best selves.

altruism. When something strikes them as unjust or wrong, they speak up.

But they rarely come across as brash or pushy, as their sensitivity and
insight guide them to speak in ways that resonate with others.

These personality types have an uncanny ability to pick up on people’s

underlying motivations and beliefs. At times, they may not even understand
how they come to grasp another person’s mind and heart so quickly. These
flashes of insight can make Protagonists incredibly persuasive and inspiring
communicators.

Changing people’s minds is no easy task – but if anyone can do it,

it’s Protagonists.

Protagonists’ secret weapon is their purity of intent. Generally speaking,

they are motivated by a sincere wish to do the right thing rather than a
desire to manipulate or have power over other people. Even when they
disagree with someone, Protagonists search for common ground. The
result is that people with this personality type can communicate with an
eloquence and sensitivity that are nearly impossible to ignore – particularly
when they speak about matters that are close to their hearts.

When Protagonists care about someone, they want to help solve that
person’s problems – sometimes at any cost. The good news is that many
people are grateful for Protagonists’ assistance and advice. After all, there’s
a reason that these personalities have a reputation for helping others
improve their lives.

Protagonists are genuine, caring people who talk the talk and walk
the walk. Nothing makes them happier than motivating other
people to do what’s right.

But getting involved in other people’s problems isn’t always a recipe for
success. Protagonists tend to have a clear vision of what people can or
should do in order to better themselves, but not everyone is ready to make
those changes. If Protagonists push too hard, their loved ones may feel
resentful or unfairly judged. And while this personality type is known for
being insightful, even the wisest Protagonists may sometimes misread a
situation or unwittingly give bad advice.

Leading the Way

People with this personality type are devoted altruists, ready to face slings
and arrows in order to stand up for the people and ideas that they believe
in. This strength of conviction bolsters Protagonists’ innate leadership skills,
particularly their ability

greater good.

But their greatest gift might actually be leading by example. In their day-to-
day lives, Protagonists reveal how seemingly ordinary situations can be
handled with compassion, dedication, and care. For these personalities,
even the smallest daily choices and actions – from how they spend their
weekend to what they say to a coworker who is struggling – can become an
opportunity to lead the way to a brighter future.
