Q1 What is Education, and why does anyone need Education?


Ans The first thing that strikes in our minds when we think about education is gaining
knowledge. Education is a tool which provides people with knowledge, skill,
technique, and information, enables them to know their rights and duties toward
their family, society as well as the nation. It expands vision and outlook to see the
world. It develops the capabilities to fight against injustice, violence, corruption and
many other bad elements in the society.
Education is an important aspect that plays a huge role in the modern, industrialized
world. People need a good education to be able to survive in this competitive world.
Modern society is based on people who have high living standards and knowledge
which allows them to implement better solutions to their problems and the features
are 1) It removes poverty 2) women empowerment 3) law and order etc.
Q2 What kind of skills and learning is required for anybody, before they
finish their EDUCATION and getting ready for a JOB?
Ans  Active Listening, Adaptability, Communication.
 Creativity, Critical Thinking, Customer Service, Decision Making.
 Interpersonal Communication, Management, Leadership, Organization.
 Public Speaking, Problem-solving and Teamwork.
These are the most important skills required for a person who is waiting for job and
a person who is in education.
Q3 Define ASK (Attitude, Skill & Knowledge) and how important is ASK in life
and a work environment?
Ans Attitude, skill and knowledge, all the three elements put together form a success
formula. It is a well-known fact that any person with a remarkable blend of all the
above mentioned 3 characteristics will come out as a human being with lots of
intelligence, leadership qualities and mentoring abilities.
As, we all know and understand that in the present era of competitiveness and
naivety every individual is expected to be skilful, knowledgeable and also must
possess a correct set of attitude which is universally acceptable.

Q4 What personal achievement are you most proud of? Also, mention at
least one instance when you made your parents proud.
Ans My personal achievement is firstly I got college second rank in intermediate
which is my proud moment. And in my graduation I stood first in my whole
branch among 320 students in all extracurricular activities, academics, profile
building, and sports and games.
And last one is I got an eamcet rank of 15,000 rank, it is my effort because
my college did not give any training on eamcet and it is my work and
getting a scholarship 0f 20,000 in my graduation.
Q5 What are Passion, Job and Career?
Ans Passion: Passion is a distinct characteristic that not every person has the opportunity
to experience. When one is said to have passion, that means that this person is
driven and full of enthusiasm. Passion can be expressed in many different ways,
and in many different situations.
Passion can also be the object of one's enthusiasm. When a particular item or
activity is one's "passion", it becomes not just something...
Job: A job, employment, work or occupation, is a person's role in society. More
specifically, a job is an activity, often regular and often performed in exchange
for payment. Many people have multiple jobs. A person can begin a job by
becoming an employee, volunteering, starting a business, or becoming a parent. The
duration of a job may range from temporary to a lifetime .
An activity that requires a person's mental or physical effort is work. If a
person is trained for a certain type of job, they may have a profession. Typically, a
job would be a subset of someone's career.
Career: The progress and actions taken by a person throughout a lifetime, especially
those related to that person's occupations. A career is often composed of the jobs
held, titles earned and work accomplished over a long period of time, rather than
just referring to one position.
The definition of career is what you do for a living and how you advance
through a profession or company.
Q6 What is Social Responsibility and what do you feel is your responsibility
towards your parents and the society?
Ans Social responsibility is a means of achieving sustainability. Adopting key social
responsibility principles, such as accountability and transparency, can help ensure
the long-term viability and success of any organization or system.

Every child must obey and respect their parents. They must obey their teachers and
superiors. The children are grown up by their care and anxiety. Parents teach the
children the right and the wrong. So it is their duty to obey their parents.
Those who lose their parents in their childhood are deprived of their care,
love and affection. The child cannot express his difficulties to anyone.
All children grow in the care of their parents and get educated to establish
in life and society. They hold respectable position in the society. They earn a lot.
Many new friends, relatives do gather around them. It is all because they are being
nursed by their parents in right earnestness and utmost care.
Q7 What is Quality of Life, and how do you plan to attain that?
Ans The term quality of life (QOL) references the general well-being of individuals and
societies. ... Instead, standard indicators of the quality of life include not only
wealth and employment but also the built environment, physical and mental health,
education, recreation and leisure time, and social belonging.
It has also been shown that happiness, as much as it can be measured, does not
necessarily increase correspondingly with the comfort that results from increasing
income.
As a result, standard of living should not be taken to be a measure of happiness.
Also sometimes considered related is the concept of human security, though the
latter may be considered at a more basic level and for all people.
Q8 What is SWOT (Strengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats) Analysis?
Make a SWOT Analysis of yourself.
Ans You can use SWOT Analysis to make the most of what you've got, to your
organization's best advantage. And you can reduce the chances of failure, by
understanding what you're lacking, and eliminating hazards that would otherwise
catch you unawares.
SWOT analysis is the examination of your (or your organisation’s) situation by
looking at Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. It has been used by
businesses for many years as a strategic planning tool, because it helps to give you
an all-round view of the organisation.
SWOT analysis are however, equally useful on a personal level as a way to identify
areas for development, and as part of career discussions. Its simple format, and
easy-to-apply structure mean that it can be used very easily without support.

Q9 What is a Vision, Mission and Goal statement? How would you define it and
what is your Vision, Mission and Goal in life?
Ans A vision is a practical guide for creating plans, setting goals and objectives, making
decisions, and coordinating and evaluating the work on any project, large or small.
A vision helps keep organizations and groups focused and together, especially with
complex projects and in stressful times.
My personal mission statement is to continue to learn and grow in my abilities,
utilizing my skills, training and personal character to thrive in any position I hold,
while striving to advance in the company and contribute to its success.
A goal is an idea of the future or desired result that a person or a group of people
envision, plan and commit to achieve. People endeavour to reach goals within a
finite time by setting deadlines.

My vision is to make a clear understanding of emerging technologies and to


compete with the present technologies and my ultimate goal is to set up a company
in India or foreign as a new gate way to the emerging companies.
Q10 What is your Ambition and where do you see yourself 10 years from
now?
Ans My lifetime ambition is to become an entrepreneur after completion of my
master’s course in business administration.
After 10 years I want to see myself in a respectable position where I can
guide my employees and taking my company into the place of 10 among
mnc companies.
