I would like to express my interest at Finance Assistant position in your organization. I

graduated by Master of Business Administration in November 2020 with great destination
with GPA of 3.77and win medal. I have also completed a B.Sc. Degree in Manufacturing
Technology from Menschen Fur Menschen Agro-Technical and Technology College. My
thesis was “Impact of Employee Motivation on Organizational Performance: The case of
Menschen Agro-Technical Technology Collage.
In addition to my educational background, I have good interpersonal skills. I am punctual,
proactive. My classmates enjoyed working in group with me because I am a good group leader.
During the four years of B.Sc. study, I was classroom monitor.
IRC has always been where I want to work because I love to help people and it is what I
believe makes people the happiest because what I would do will benefit someone somewhere. I
believe this position will make me learn what I would like to do.
