I would like to express my deep interest in a position as a Finance and Admin Assistant for your
organization. I believe my experience and knowledge in the field of Finance qualify me to be an ideal

I have worked as a Finance Officer in ACTD for three years and as a part of my regular duties I have been
responsible for finance activities where I gained notable experience in preparing financial reports,
provide financial related inquiries to head of department and performing supervisory visit to projects
review financial system and provide on job training. Also I have been working as Peer Mentor in AUAF for
the last one year. It provided me a good opportunity for coordinating and managing major activities of
the mentoring program and model the qualities necessary for successful completion of an undergraduate
program. As part of my duties I have facilitated different academic workshops for freshmen students to
enhance learning, engage them within the university community, and foster student success

Being at the last year of my bachelor degree in Business Finance at the American University of
Afghanistan has provided me significant knowledge of Accounting and Finance. It has developed my
community engagement, leadership and cultural competency skills.

My main interest in joining RET Germany stems from its impressive reputation. The prestige of RET
Germany is captured through its work in the sector of protection, education and livelihood. I would love
to be a part of your organization and am confident that I would be a beneficial addition to the RET
Germany organization.
