I have finished taking up most of the courses offered in relation to my field of studies and
well prepared to take up cutting edge challenges in technology with the knowledge and skills
acquired so far.

Bank South Pacific (BSP) is an iconic and unique bank in Papua New Guinea and the Pacific,
recognised for its strong commitment to the region and its Melanesian uniqueness. The BSP
is PNG’s one of the well-established fast growing banking corporation and the major investor
and economy booster that plays a role in providing financial solutions to corporates and
individuals.

The BSP is committed to developing Papua New Guinea and creating long-term employment
opportunities that contribute to the success of economy of the nation and the company. The
company is best-known for its inclusive and continuing approach to employing with viable
payment and care development as the foundation of its future success as a company.

I feel that BSP GDP program is very important opportunity for unlocking the employability
and career path .I’m eager to explore and develop personally and professionally through the
program and to market skills to the potential employers for maximising my career success.
This key program is timely and would allow me to develop my skills and knowledge beyond
the classroom and to gain the competitive edge in job market .Having going through this
program I hope to have more access to unique possibilities within industries and organisation
in Papua New Guinea and abroad. This opportunity will provide invaluable skills in my
career and would lead directly to full-time employment opportunities. I want to an asset of
the company in 5 years’ time and contribute meaningful towards the growth of the company.

I have developed analytical and problem solving capabilities through learning Mathematics
and other courses. I have strong communication skills both in written and oral. I also
developed flexibility through dual engaging in STANLEY HOTEL & SUITS IT internship
program and also committed to the studies. While working with STANLEY HOTEL &
SUITS I was able to face challenges and drive changes in IT department in the world class
Hotels industry where business environment was changing. I have strong back ground in
utilizing technologies. I actively participated in a leadership roles as the extracurricular
activities in the campus by becoming the President of the Kagua/Erave students and involved
in other social activities.

Thus, I write to express my keen interest to be part of team in the program. I request if you
could consider recruiting me with other potential suitors and graduates. I believe the GDP
