ABDERRAHMANE

HAMMOUCH
FINANCIAL ANALYST JUNIOR
Dear Laurence

To
LAURENCE COLLYN
Finance Manager
Brussels
Gentis Recruitment I am writing to express my interest in the opportunity to work with Gentis
Recruitment as a Junior Financial Analyst. As a professional with a strong
background in finance and accounting, I look forward to applying my knowledge
and expertise to the financial success of the organization.
From
Abderrahmane Hammouch Currently, I am preparing to take the CFA level 1 exam in 2023, and I am in the
Financial Analyst Junior process of taking the Financial Modeling and Valuation Analysis (FMVA) course
Casablanca offered by the CFI Institute, which will further enhance my financial analysis and
decision-making skills. I am delighted at the opportunity to join your team and
believe that my skills and experience make me uniquely qualified for this role. I look
forward to the opportunity to discuss how I can contribute to the success of the
organization.

My primary focus in this role would be financial analysis and decision-making, an

area I am deeply interested in and motivated to learn. Although I am just beginning
my career in finance, I have a solid foundation in financial analysis, budgeting,
and forecasting, as well as valuable experience in managing accounts, preparing
financial statements, and supporting the overall financial health of organizations.
I am also extremely motivated to learn from you as I have learned that you have a
strong background in FP&A and I believe I could greatly benefit from your guidance
and expertise.

In addition to my primary focus on finance, I am also interested in handling all

accounting and payroll operations for the company as a side job. As I have a
solid foundation in accounting principles and experience in managing accounts,
preparing financial statements,I am confident that my skills and experience in
finance and accounting would make me a valuable addition to the finance team
at Gentis Recruitment.

Along with my technical skills and experience, I have a passion for problem-
solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. I am a team player,
have strong communication and computer skills , and am comfortable working
under pressure and meeting deadlines., which I think would be a great asset in
this role.

I understand that the company traditionally uses an accounting firm to manage its
financial needs, but I believe there are several advantages to hiring an in-house
accountant. For example, an in-house accountant can provide more personalized
and responsive service, provide more consistent support over the long term, and
potentially save the company money in the long run.

Sincerely

1
Q: Why should we hire you for this role?

problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. I am a team

Recruitment.

Q: Why should we hire an in-house accountant rather than outsourcing to an

accounting firm?

A: There are several reasons why it can be beneficial for the company to hire
an in-house accountant instead of using an accounting firm. Firstly, an in-house
accountant is more likely to be familiar with the company's specific accounting
processes and systems, which can lead to more efficient and accurate financial
reporting. Additionally, an in-house accountant is able to work more closely with
the company's management team, which can facilitate better communication and
collaboration on financial matters. Furthermore, hiring an in-house accountant
can provide the company with greater control over its financial affairs, as the
accountant is accountable to the company rather than to an external firm.
