Why are you applying for Financial Aid?

The main reason for my application for Financial Aid is due to the fact that I cannot affort the
price of this course, yet I really want to be enrolled in it and improve my analytical skills. Thus,
this Financial Aid is my only opportunity to be part of this course.

Even though I am currently a full time employee, I still cannot afford the enrolment fee, I cannot
ask for financial support from my family and people in my surrounding either.

To summarize, I am extremely passionate about the course, however my low annual income
forbids me from paying the fee. In exchange, I am willing to contribute to the course organizers
( with prompt feedback on the teaching plan, materials and course structure) and all of the
enrolled students through the forum platform.

The Foundations of strategic business analytics course is going to be a great source of new
knowledge for me and improve my career perspectives and I hope will further increase my
ambitions in the field.

Five weeks ago I started a new job, as a data analyst at the in-house consulting department of a
large international telecommunications company. It was a big step for me, and I am happy that I
made it. Yet, I believe that I still do not have all the attributes to call myself a professional data
analysts, since my data manipulation skills are still mediocre. Hope this course will change this
and give me the chance to excel at the competitive office environment. I believe I will be able to
acquire a great set of new skills.
