E-Auction: Front Portal (Customer View)

1. Customer Registration

On the home page of e-Auction (Link to the webpage: https://arrahnueaction.bankrakyat.com.my)

1.1. Click ‘Register’ on the top menu. You will be directed to the e-Auction registration Page.

1.2. The user must follow the steps outlined below:
1.2.1. Enter your full name in accordance to your identification card.
1.2.2. Enter your identification card number.
1.2.3. Date of birth will be filled in automatically based on the identification number;
however, user may change the year by clicking button.
1.2.4. Please enter your phone number and email address correctly.
1.2.5. Click the request OTP button. An OTP verification code will be sent to your registered
phone number.

1.3. Enter the OTP verification code received.

1.4. Click ‘Verify OTP’ button.

1.5. Enter your username & password.

1.6. Tick PDPA and T&C Clause then click the ‘Register’ button.
1.7. A successful message will be displayed.

1.8. You will be notified via email (as per screenshot below). To complete registration, click the
‘Verify’ button

1.9. You will be redirected to the e-Auction login page and may proceed to login using their
credentials you created during the registration process.

2. Bidding Auction Item

2.1. Click ‘Catalogue’ on the top menu. You will be taken to the catalogue page.

2.2. (Optional)On the left menu, you can filter the gold item by state or branch, price range and
gold type.

2.3. Click on the item that you want to bid.
2.4. Enter your preferred bid amount (The system will automatically increase based on the bid
minimum amount).
2.5. Click on the ‘Bid’ button to bid.

2.6. A ‘Successful Bid’ message will appear once your bidding is successful and completed.

3. View Bidding History

3.1. Click ‘My Activity’ on the top menu to track your bidding activities.

3.2. On this page, you will be able to view and keep track of all the items you have placed bids
on in this auction.
3.3. You can click the ‘View Details’ button to view the item details.

4. View My Winning Bid

4.1. If you have been selected as the winner, you will receive an email with an offer letter
attachment and able to view the new section of ‘My Winning Bidding’ on the ‘My Activity’
page.
4.2. Click the ‘Offer Letter’ button to view the offer letter.

4.3. Click the ‘Print’ button to print the offer letter.

4.4. Pay and collect your winning item at the branch stated in the offer letter.

5. Proxy Form

Please follow the steps below Iif you need a representative to collect the gold item on your behalf:

5.1. Click the ‘Proxy Form’ button on the ‘My Activity’ page.

5.2. Fill in each of the required fields and then click the ‘Create’ button.

5.3. A proxy form letter will be generated and sent to you (winner) via email.

5.4. If you want to change the representative, you need to edit and print out the form.
5.5. Share a copy of the proxy letter with your representative.
5.6. The proxy letter must be presented by the representative upon collection of the auctioned
item.
