Served in Pakistan Army for 24 Years and Six Months (May 1986 – October 2010) and
performed Following Duties:

 Leadership and management experience in dealing with company and battalion strength
of soldiers, numbering about 700 personnel. The work entailed administration and
training.
 Was posted to Frontier Corps NWFP as a Captain and gained practical experience in
Internal Security situations in Mohmand Agency and South Waziristan Agency.
 Was posted to Frontier Corps Balochistan as a Major and gained practical experience in
Anti-Smuggling and Internal Security duties in Chaman and Sibi.
 Remained Accounts Officer of Pishin Scouts at Chaman and Sibi Scouts at Sibi in Frontier
Corps Balochistan.
 Remained on Internal Security duties with my Battalion in Karachi, which involved
maintaining law and order during elections, Moharram and different processions from
2000 to 2005. This involved close co-ordination with civil administration, Intelligence
Agencies, Rangers and Police.
 Performed protection duties with VVIPs.
 Remained in charge of security at mega events like IDEAS during 2000, 2002, 2004 and
2008 and worked in close collaboration with companies like Pegasus Consultancy and E
Commerce.
 As Battalion Second in Command managed the accounts of my battalion and looked after
training and administration of the battalion.
 Volunteered with my battalion and had a rich experience of operations and convoy
protection during Operation Al Mizan during 2007 to 2008 in North Waziristan Agency.
 Managed security of Electrical and Mechanical College of Pakistan Army and NUST
Campus. Planned for contingencies ensuring safety of organization and persons by
coordinating with Intelligence and Law Enforcement Agencies. Planned and installed
state of art security equipment worth Rs. 5 million to enhance the security of Military
College of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
