ADDENDUM TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

THIS ADDENDUM TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT is made by and between

_____________________________________ (the “Employee) and Sodexo Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (the
“Company”) and shall take effect on 01/06/2022.

The parties hereby agree that the following modification of the terms and conditions in the Employment
Agreement:

A. Inclusion of Personal Data Protection provision

The following provision shall be inserted into the Employment Agreement:

Personal Data Protection

The Group, the Company and its subsidiaries, affiliates, holding, related and associated
companies respect and are committed to the protection of your personal data and your privacy.
In accompaniment with this agreement, you will be provided with a Personal Data Protection
Notice (“Notice”)(and any updated Notice(s) which may be issued from time to time during your
employment with the Company) for your consideration and execution, the purpose of which is to
explain how we collect and handle your personal data in accordance with the relevant laws on
data personal data protection. Each updated Notice shall supersede the previous Notice, and the
latest Notice shall be deemed to form, and be read and construed as part of this Agreement.

Except to the extent expressly amended by the provisions of this Addendum, the terms and conditions
of the Employment Agreement and any previous Addendum(s) are hereby confirmed and shall remain
in full force and effect. The Employment Agreement, previous Addendum(s), and this Addendum shall
be read and construed as one document and this Addendum shall be construed to be part of the
Employment Agreement and, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, where the context so
allows, references in the Employment Agreement to “the Employment Agreement” shall be read and
construed as references to the Employment Agreement as amended and supplemented by this
Addendum. In the event of any inconsistency between any of the provisions of this Addendum and the
provisions of the Employment Agreement and previous Addendum(s), the provisions of this Addendum
shall prevail.

We the employer and Employee, agree to the aforementioned additions to the Employment Contract.
Any changes made are legally binding upon signature of both Parties.
