EMPLOYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This agreement is made on the date of the last signature below.

This document sets out the terms and conditions of employment and contains the written particulars of
your employment as required under section 97a of the Terms of Employment (Information) Act 1995,
Protection of Employees Act 1995 (45/1995) and Workplace Relations Act 1995 (Payment Notice)
Regulations (S.I. No. 579 of 1995) enters in the Canadian Labour Law (CLL).

These terms and conditions of employment apply to all staff and should be read in conjunction with the
particular terms that are appended to this agreement (and form part of this agreement) and
personalised offer letters which give further details relating to employment, including job title, and date
of commencement of duties including continuous employment date.

Your working hours will be (45 hours) per week. The Company may require you to vary the pattern of
your working hours if required on a temporary or permanent basis should the needs of the post require
this. Overtime payments are made in line with the Company Remuneration Policy.

You are obliged to give the Company “4 weeks” notice to terminate your contract of employment. The
Company is obliged to give you the statutory minimum amount of notice before terminating your
contract.

You will be subject to the terms and conditions as agreed and amended from time to time by the
Company as outlined in its policies, procedures, handbooks and other relevant documents.

The pay grade for this contract is $ 8,800 Canadian Dollar(s) and the current salary scale is $ 11,500
Canadian Dollar(s).This will be reviewed annually. You are also eligible for individual / team
performance bonuses as outlined in the Company Remuneration Policy.

In addition to your salary you will receive the following allowance: Wardrobe allowance of $ 2,950
Canadian Dollars per annum.

Your salary will be paid monthly on every 27th day of the month in arrears to a bank account the
company will be opening for you as soon you resume office.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO INTERNATIONAL APPLICANT:

The company has make it a mandatory for all outsider/international employee to be responsible for
his/her travelling processing visa documentation charges, while the company will take full responsibility
of the employee Air-Ticket immediately the visa for the employee has been confirmed by the high
commission diplomat officer that will be introduce by the company to you ,furthermore the company is
ready to refund any amount the employee might has spend on his/her travelling processing visa charges
with the help of all the payment receipts.

KEY TAKEAWAY:

(A) Three times (3X) daily meals will be provided for the employee

(B) Convenient Accommodation for Single/Family will be provided by company

(C) Official transportation will be provided by company

(D) You are entitled to Healthcare insurance (e.g. Medical, Dental etc.)
RULES AND PROCEDURES:

During the course of employment, staffs are expected to comply with all of the company employee
rules, regulations, statutes, ordinances, procedures, policies and codes of practice (including but not
limited to those relating to health and safety, the use of computers and data protection).

SEVERABILITY:

The parties hereto agree that in the event any article or part thereof of this agreement is held to be
unenforceable or invalid then said article or part shall be struck and all remaining provision shall remain
in full force and effect.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

Members of staff must not, either during their employment or at any time after the termination of their
employment, disclose any trade secrets or other confidential information relating to the company or any
of its activities including those in respect of which the company owes an obligation of confidence to any
third party.

This agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties, superseding in all respects any and
all prior oral or written agreements or understandings pertaining to the employment of the Employee by
the Employer and shall be amended or modified only by written instrument signed by both of the
parties hereto.
